Savia Support
For help with Savia, contact support@stack64.com. For privacy requests, use the same address and put "Privacy request" in the subject. Include only the account contact and a brief description initially.
Do not use Savia or support for emergencies. Do not assume this inbox is continuously monitored or will provide immediate help. In the United States, call 911 for an emergency or call/text 988 for a suicidal or mental-health crisis. Elsewhere, use local emergency services. Do not wait for a reply.
1. Getting help
Include your app version, device type, approximate time of the problem, and a short description of what happened. If available, include the incident or trace identifier shown in the app. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full health records, or unredacted screenshots by ordinary email. We may ask for necessary details and arrange an appropriate transfer method before you send sensitive material.
Response time varies with the issue and volume; there is no guaranteed support response time. Statutory privacy-request deadlines still apply. Authorized personnel may review necessary account and technical information to investigate, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. Reporting a concerning result
If a result appears unsafe or wrong, do not act on it solely because Savia produced it. Seek appropriate professional advice for medical concerns. Send a redacted summary, when it occurred, and an incident or report identifier if available. Do not copy a whole health conversation into the initial email. We can request the relevant portion through an appropriate channel if needed. Reporting a concern does not guarantee an immediate investigation, feature suspension, or clinical review.
3. Changing permissions and automatic features
Settings and Savia's panel provide the controls available for your version, including sources, research lookups, background work, photo research, condition reports, memory, adaptation, automatic actions, and notifications. Urgent notices have a separate setting from ordinary proactive messages. Generated-app camera access is separate from permission to use photos in research. Turning off one switch does not automatically withdraw every other permission.
Use the in-app consent control to withdraw health-data consent, or send a privacy request. Withdrawal stops new work dependent on that consent but does not delete history or recall information already sent. To delete records too, say so in the request. Features requiring the withdrawn information will stop working.
4. Getting your information
Request an export from Settings. When ready, the download is available for seven days. Keep the link and downloaded files private. The self-service archive may omit originals above its 40 MB limit; contact support@stack64.com for omitted material or to make a statutory access request. The app limit does not limit your legal rights.
5. Deleting data or your account
You can request deletion of your health data without closing your account by emailing support@stack64.com with "Privacy request" and the scope you want deleted. Use the in-app controls for individual items where available. Removing a memory note or finding alone does not remove the underlying messages, records, or reports.
For the entire account, open Settings › Delete account, reauthenticate, and review the confirmation. A seven-day cancellation period follows, with account work paused. You can cancel during that period. After the seven-day period, we begin deletion from active systems; this is not a promise that all copies are gone on day seven. Applicable legal deadlines take priority. The Privacy Policy explains retention, provider copies, backups, and limited lawful exceptions.
Already downloaded or delivered copies cannot automatically be recalled; required deletion notices are still sent to covered recipients. Disconnecting a health source does not delete its own records. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately through Apple's subscription settings if you have one.
6. Privacy requests and appeals
Contact support@stack64.com for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, or recipient information. We may verify your identity using reasonably necessary information; do not send a password or a health document with your initial request. You do not need a new account. To appeal a refusal, reply with "Privacy appeal" and the request reference. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy states applicable Washington and Nevada deadlines and complaint routes.
7. Changes to support and instructions
Features, settings labels, support channels, and these instructions can change. We will update this page and its revision date and give notice of material changes where required. A support-page update does not amend your accepted Terms, authorize a new data use, shorten a statutory deadline, or remove a paid entitlement or legal right. For a material Terms or Privacy change, the notice and consent rules in those documents apply.
